David Maddox began putting his imagination on film in the seventh grade. With a BA in Radio, Television and Film and over 15 years of professional directorial experience, he still approaches every project with an innate passion for original story telling.
David earned his degree from the University of North Texas in 1992 and began his career sound mixing radio commercials. He was soon working behind the camera as an entrepreneurial writer/director/producer for corporate videos and television commercials.
In addition to commercial work, David has nearly a dozen original short films to his credit including two award winners. A suspense/thriller “The Box” received a Platinum Award at the 2007 WorldFest-Houston, and “A Day at the Office” was awarded the Festival Prize for Best Short Comedy at the 2003 Deep Ellum Film Festival-Dallas.
David has also written, directed and produced a series, Reel Dudes, for Internet release and his first feature film is in development. |
